Portrait of Ryan Wong, co-facilitator at Designing Kairos

Ryan Wong — Co-facilitator

Ryan is a facilitator who works at the intersection of human development, applied AI and personal transformation. An Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, his experience spans across Corporate M&A, litigation and conveyancing — disciplines that taught him to sit with complexity, ask the harder question, and turn ambiguity into a clear next step. That same discipline now sits at the heart of his facilitation: he helps people stop circling the same decision and start naming what they actually want.

He has also designed and shipped two AI-powered apps — Sagehand and Somnial — without a conventional programming background. The journey is the proof: transformation is not reserved for the already-expert; it is the result of a clear process, honest reflection, and repeated action. In the room, Ryan combines an operator’s rigour with a courtroom-trained ear, gently pushing participants past their first, safest answer to the one that is truly theirs.

“The real breakthrough usually comes after the first answer — when we stop performing and start telling the truth.”
